There are moments you prepare for—and then there are moments that show you the preparation was creating something bigger than you realized.
The launch celebration for Be Radical About Selling Real Estate was one of those moments.
The room was full. Laughter, tears, honest conversations, and powerful emotions moved through the space. I gave away 48 copies of the new book, and I had the privilege of watching people connect with its message in real time.
Standing in that room, I felt calm. I felt prepared. Most importantly, I felt present.
For years, I ha
ve been writing, speaking, leading, recovering, learning, and slowly gathering the pieces of what would eventually become the Be Radical movement.
That night, those pieces came together.
What Does It Mean to Be Radical?
Being radical means having the courage to pay attention to your own life.
It means telling yourself the truth, taking responsibility for your next step, and learning how to build success without abandoning yourself along the way.
The twelve principles inside Be Radical About Selling Real Estate were shaped through my experiences in business, leadership, addiction, recovery, relationships, and rebuilding my life. Although the book speaks directly to real estate professionals, its heart reaches much further.
These principles are about ownership of self.
They are about Radical Authenticity, Radical Responsibility, Radical Confidence, Detached Caring, Radical Acceptance, Radical Love, and becoming the CEO and CFO of your own life.
They ask us to consider a powerful question:
Who do I need to become to create the life I say I want?
A Room Filled With the Right People
The launch celebration reminded me that no meaningful achievement belongs to one person alone.
I was surrounded by friends, family, colleagues, readers, community members, and people who have witnessed different chapters of my life. Some knew me during the struggle. Others met me during the rebuilding. Many have watched this message grow from an idea into a book—and now into a movement.
I am deeply grateful to everyone who attended, shared the event, purchased a book, offered encouragement, helped behind the scenes, or simply stood beside me.
You helped create a room where people could feel something real.
This Is Only the Beginning
The launch party marked the release of a book. It also opened the door to what comes next.
I am now developing Be Radical assessments, guided resources, workshops, and community conversations for women who are ready to move from awareness into action.
My role is not to hand you all the answers. I am here to share what I have learned, tell the truth about my own journey, create practical tools, and hold a lantern while you find your way forward.
I believe real hope requires movement.
